I love the cold when I'm warm. lol Here is how to keep warm this winter:)
&♥ WEAR WAMR CLOTHiNG
this is an obvious fact :P
Stay wrapped up in your warmest and comfiest clothing you have. Remember to protect the most sensitive areas as well. No matter how many coats you have on, you can still be very cold just by having those small areas uncovered.
These place include:
-the neck: wear a scarf and turtle necks
-the hands: gloves and mittens of course:)
-the ears: long hats and earmuffs
-Your legs: ok now i hate it when i feel sooo cold and i have on pants though. Wear leggings and ankle socks underneath your bottoms
&♥BE ACTiVE
Movement keeps your bodt temperature up. So maybe before you go out, do a couple of jumping jacks or knee-highs.
Also, dont stand around for too long either.
Keep moving around. Rub your arms around your torso, walk around,etc.
&♥ DRiNK WARM DRiNKS
Of course warm beverages always send a ncie warm chill through our bodies when consumed.
Winter classics are hot coco,and coffee:)
&♥ WEAR YOUR HAiR DOWN
its way too cold for your face to be unshielded. So wear your hair fashionably down;) to cover your face a little. This also helps as protection against those bitter cold winds
&♥ TURN THE HEAT UP
of course your house needs to be kept warm and cozy around this time.
Especially if you have tile or hard wood. They can be a pain sometimes to the feet.
But dont go too high or those bills may go up as well. get s0me nice comfy blankets too:)
&♥ TAKE HOT BATHS
this is a good way to get your body temp. up and retain that heat.
But be sure to dry off well afterwards because that water makes it worse in the cold.
